Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Participants in this session will gain better understanding of the roots of these differences and how they permeate the culture and climate of any group or organization. Then they will be introduced to simple strategies that will allow all members of these communities to resonate more fully with each other, regardless of their position or role.
